A. Briksha Agriculture Producer Pvt. Ltd. Company (BAPC) acquire big patches of fertile/unfertile land at low prices within a range of 60 km from the airport in the cities.
B. The same land is then converted into fertile farm land and further divided into patches of one to two acres of land with a proposed road of minimum 30 ft width around each patch of land.
C. These proposed farmhouse lands are then sold to customers at a reasonable price in small installments which may differ from location to location in whole India.
D. After the desired piece of land is purchased by the customer, BAPC will start land operations (setting out, levelling, cultivation etc.) on the site, thus making it fertile, hence, increasing the land value on the spot.
E. Ownership of land will always remain with the customer and they are free to take possession immediately whenever they wish or they can give their land on lease to BAPC through lease agreement, after that BAPC provides the customer with further benefits such as:

After purchasing big chunks of barren or waste land at a reasonable price, BAPC then divides that land into patches of one to two acre by giving road of minimum thirty feet width. Theses patches of land are then available for sale to the public at a very reasonable price. BAPC provides the customer with registry of the land on the spot after complete payment. Hence, as a result where there used to be a single owner of hundreds of acre of land, now there are hundreds of owner in that chunk of land each with their own ownership, thus creating a Agro-real estate combo.
Customer is then free to do whatever they wish to do with their land, make their own home, hotel, farmhouse, resort etc. or continue agricultural operations.
